All transactions for digital products—such as gems, commanders, special units, resource packs, seasonal passes, premium currency, or time-limited offers—are considered final and non-refundable once they are credited to your account.
As these items are immediately available and may influence your game progression, refunds, exchanges, or reversals cannot be granted after completion.
2. Accidental or Mistaken Transactions
If you believe you have made a purchase in error (such as an unintentional tap, duplicate order, or incorrect selection), you may contact our support team for a review. While refunds for accidental transactions are not guaranteed, each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account:
